Talking Therapy - Counselling

I am a holistic counsellor who brings counselling together with the different modalities I am trained in. At heart, I am person-centred, meaning that you are truly at the centre of my work, however I am trained in a variety of modalities and will draw upon my knowledge to provide you personalised therapy.

My passion is supporting my clients in a holistic way as counselling allows exploration of thoughts, feelings and behaviours which can aid healing where reiki stimulates self-healing through mind, body and spirit and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) enables us to shift emotional blockages in our bodies, together working harmoniously to provide complete support.

We all hold the inner strength and ability to grow as individuals but sometimes life’s challenges obstruct our path or there may be things from the past that hold us back.

I can provide a calm, safe and non-judgemental space where together, we can explore these areas, work towards your goals and empower you to make those positive changes in your life that will enable you to move forwards and thrive

I work with a range of areas and have a particular interest in supporting clients through bereavement. I have experience of working with children, young people and adults.
